An attractive choice uncirculated 1875 2 sen, with a significant amount of red surface remaining. Just barely missing the RD designation, this example is very strong for its grade.
An unusually large copper issue, the early Japanese 2 Sen are impressive in size. At 31.8mm in diameter, these are noticeable larger than early American large cents and even American Half Dollars.
